Success For Life

Years ago I started sharing this story with my students around Thanksgiving about why I hate pumpkin pie; how my mom used to make pumpkin pies from scratch and she's make so many of them that she's force-feed the remaining balance (usually upwards of 6 or 7 pies) of what she couldn't give away to friends and family to both me and my brother.

And how, to this day, I absolutely refuse to eat pumpkin pie.  In fact, I really don't like any pie at all.  My brother Jason also feels the same way.

Interestingly enough, my daughter had her first "Thanksgiving feast" at school where she got to eat pumpkin pie.  She told me that it was so disgusting that she spit it out in a trash can.

And I laughed.  I thought it was funny as hell.  Could she have gotten the anti-pumpkin pie gene from me?  (Nice thought, although I believe that would be considered scientifically impossible considering that my experience with pumpkin pie was entirely "environmental," if you know what I mean.)

I went on to say that the problem with the pie she ate was that it was store-bought.  And the baked goods they sell in a store isn't nearly as good as the real thing.  But I couldn't help myself in telling her my experience with real homemade pumpkin pie and why both me and her Uncle Jay refuse to eat any pie at all.  She didn't say much other than to boldly state that she loves apple pie, as it's the greatest pie in the world, according to her.

It's interesting how life works, isn't it?  I've come to understand so much about life in having a child's eyes to see the world through.  And it's made me so grateful for all the good and even the challenges I face on a week-to-week basis.

If you think about it, no matter how hard things get, we really do have it good.  At least that's the way I see it.  So many people are sitting in war-torn countries, some are homeless, and some are even missing limbs.

We are blessed in so many ways and it's pretty easy to forget about all these daily miracles we get to reap.  But maybe today, just once, we can see it for what it is and feel that deep sense of gratitude for everything we have and for everything we are.

If you're one of those people who actually believes you have nothing right now to be grateful for (hey, maybe it was a tough year for you) then at least feel grateful for what can manifest in your life in the months to come.

What a lot of people don't realize about me is that I don't care about any loss that may happen in my life (except for what's not replaceable).  Why?  Because I can create it again and again and again.  I've taken a few major financial hits in my life.  And with each time, I've gotten it all back plus some because I have the tools necessary to do it; these "tools" are nothing more than what I have stored in my brain.

When you're the goose that lays the golden egg and you know that you can create everything you want, it really does make a huge difference.

So, if this was a challenging year for you, be grateful for the amazing things that are coming up for you because you've done a few things that are pivotal in your life:  (1) you've decided that you're not going to settle for less anymore, (2) you're going to get your ass out there and finally do this, and (3) you know that you can make this happen because you now have the tools to do this.

And that's all you need.

Be grateful and the seas will part for you.

Happy Thanksgiving!

See you at the top!

Many of you know that I'm a feng shui believer.  And for those of you who have NO CLUE about feng shui, I'll give you the one-second explanation: it's an Asian technique to "refocus" energy in your house and work space to make significant changes in your life.

I know...sounds a little "hokey pokey."  At least that's what I thought before I became a huge believer by seeing the things feng shui have done for my life.

I've told the story in a couple of my seminar events in years past.  About 15 years ago I had a lawsuit that tore my entire personal and professional life apart...down to losing absolutely everything I had.

Me and my 2nd husband (at the time) ended up moving into a rental house that was (and still is) owned by his mother.  She allowed us to move in without paying her any rent until we got our sh** together.

While we were living in that house, I came across a book called Move Your Stuff, Change Your Life by Karen Rauch Carter.

And it literally did change my life.

Now I'll admit.  All I focused on was my prosperity corner.  I didn't care about anything else at that time.  I followed the suggestions by first cleaning up the space.  That corner happened to be the master bedroom closet which was a disorganized disaster.  I thoroughly cleaned out and organized the space then added purple (construction paper) in that corner. (Purple is a very powerful prosperity color next to red and gold.)

I went to Michael's and bought a wooden treasure chest that I painted purple then glued a ton of jewels inside; the book suggests putting things in the prosperity corner that represent wealth and a treasure chest came to mind.  (I still have that same treasure chest in my prosperity corner as we speak.  It's now 18 years old...cute little thing.)

Next, I bought something called Abundance Oil by Young Living.  (Available at Amazon.com.)  I put this on a small Buddha that I put in my corner.

And that was it.

I didn't even put in a desk fountain (which I should have done to magnify the results much quicker) at this point.

During that time, my future was pretty bleak and hopeless.

Fast forward one year from that date...I had a successful multi-million-dollar company and was building a custom home with a pool from the ground up.

It happened so fast but yet "naturally gradual," if that makes sense.  It wasn't like I bought a lotto ticket and was an overnight millionaire but the opportunities came and came and came some more!  Before I knew it, I was back on top!

Now, here's what feng shui WON'T do for you.  It won't make the money for you.  It won't take any action for you.  But it WILL allow opportunities to come through.  It will give you ideas that you never had before.  It'll send magic your way.  It's up to you on how you follow through.  It's up to you to put some type of action plan into place because it'll do nothing for you if you won't unglue your ass from the couch.

So...a couple of weeks ago I was starting to feel stuck with a couple of career/business decisions.  Plus business seemed a little too slow for my liking.  So, I amped up my prosperity corners, starting with torching a smudge stick in my office.  And within mere hours, I started seeing the new vision of about how things will be unfolding from this point forward.

At both my home and office, I have a fountain that runs 24/7 in my prosperity corner.  I put loads of the Abundance Oil in the fountain over the course of a couple days.

In my prosperity corner at home, I have my master bathroom in my prosperity corner (upstairs).  And this sucks. The worst thing you could ever have in your property corner is a toilet.  I don't exactly have a toilet but I have a bathtub.  When I moved into my house, I painted the tub plug red and I keep it plugged all the time when the tub is not in use.  This has helped keep the energy from being sucked down the tubes.

Literally.

But I have 2 sinks that are next to the tub and I keep those open.  This apparently was presenting a problem in my prosperity.  Not only was business slow but my expenses were increasing for some reason.

So...I bought these rocks.  That's right.  Medium-sized pebble rocks of 2 colors:  white/clear and purple.  I put these rocks in each sink, sitting on the stopper in each one. And I added a feng shui mirror to sit on the side of the bathtub to push the energy to the ceiling instead of letting it fall to the bottom of the tub.

That's all I did.

Within 2 weeks my business has quadrupled with NO additional effort on my part.

So, when I tell you this stuff works...it means THIS STUFF WORKS even if it sounds "hokey pokey" or weird.

Trust me.  When I first started with this, I felt weird.  I felt stupid putting purple construction paper in my cleaned-out closet.  I felt lame painting a treasure chest purple and gluing jewels all over it.  But I gave it a chance.  And it worked.

I recommend that you at least put a small fountain in your prosperity corner in your home and in your office.  That corner is located to the far back left of where your front door is. So when standing at your front door, imagine where the far back left corner of your house is.  That's your prosperity corner.  And if you have 2 stories, you have 2 prosperity corners to contend with.

When I've recommended that students use this technique, they've been shocked at how magical that it works.

But there's another part to this.  You can't just sit on your ass and do nothing.  You have to implement some type of plan or strategy so that the magic can happen for you.

I have something that will likely blow your mind.  CLICK HERE and watch a quick video that I put together for you about this.

See you at the top!

Listen up if you don't have a mid-FICO of AT LEAST 720 or higher.
Credit is more important than ever yet many people let their FICO scores slide right down the tubes in the past couple of years because of one reason or another.  Time to get control of your FICO with this quick and easy secret I have for you called "The Holiday Blitz."

Last year I gave my students a quick "crash course" on how to use the "holiday blitz" to remove some delinquencies off their credit reports in record speed.  The students who used this strategy reported that they increased their personal credit FICOs anywhere from 100 to 200 FICO points last holiday season just by using this little-known simple "holiday blitz" secret.
So, I'm going to up the ante this year because I shot a quick tutorial video for you with complete instructions and downloads.  CLICK HERE to watch that tutorial now.
This project will cost you about $70 to do this because you'll be sending these letters these letters Priority (which costs $9.90 x 3 envelopes) and you'll need a current copy of your credit report (which you can get for $39.95 from www.Experian.com).  But the upside is that you can increase your FICO score FASTER THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN THE YEAR because of the upcoming holiday season due to the credit bureaus being UNDERSTAFFED this time of year!  So, take advantage of this ONCE-A-YEAR "holiday credit blitz" by doing this little project (which, at most, will take you ONE FULL HOUR) between today and Sunday night.  (The goal is to get your 3 Priority envelopes out in the mail between TOMORROW and NO LATER THAN MONDAY before the post office closes that day.)

Okay, so here are your EXACT instructions:

Step 1:  Go to www.Experian.com to get all 3 of your credit reports and FICO scores.  This will cost you about $39.95.  Don't be cheap.  Pay the money.  Your entire credit future hangs on doing this project RIGHT the first time out.

Step 2:  Print out the file (and also save a PDF copy in your computer) and take a highlighter marker for all the "adverse" items you'd like to dispute with the credit bureaus.  (Usually these "adverse" items are listed first in your credit report.)

Step 3:  Download my free letters (by CLICKING HERE) and use them as templates for the 3 credit bureaus.  You will be creating a letter FOR EACH CREDIT BUREAU SEPARATELY.  VERY IMPORTANT:  While it's tempting to dispute online, DO NOT SUBMIT DISPUTES ONLINE.  This will BACKFIRE on you.  Take the time to fill in the letter templates that you downloaded from my website and MAIL OUT THE LETTERS in USPS Priority envelopes.
Step 4:  Input each adverse account on your letter templates for each credit bureau.  Since most of the information will be duplicate from one report to the other, I recommend creating one letter to include each disputed account and then simply change the credit bureau name and address at the top of the page for each subsequent bureau letter.  This will save you loads of time.  Be sure to SAVE YOUR LETTER so you can repeat this process in 30 days if needed.

Step 5:  Print out each letter.  Make 3 copies of your valid driver's license or passport.  Make 3 copies of at least 2 utility bills showing your name and your current address.  If you moved within the past 2 years, be sure to include your prior address at the very bottom of your credit bureau letters.  Each envelope should contain the following: 1 Letter, 1 Driver's License (or Passport) Copy, and 2 RECENT Utility Bill Copies (showing your name and current address).  This will disallow the bureaus from playing games with you to buy time by saying something like, "We don't believe this is a legit dispute." Or, "Prove your identity," and giving them another 30 days to put off the process.  You can't afford to be dickering around like this with them.  And since they're understaffed during this time of year, it's typical that they try to blow people off with whatever lame response they can muster if you don't have all the paperwork I outlined above in your envelope.

Make sure you send the envelopes to the CORRECT and current addresses on file for each bureau which are as follows:

Experian
PO Box 4500
Allen, TX  75013

Transunion
PO Box 2000
Chester, PA 19016

Equifax
PO Box 740256
Atlanta, GA 30374

Get those suckers out in the mail (remember, use USPS Priority with a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION) either tomorrow (ideally) or Monday (no later than the close of business).

And what happens next?
Most of the credit bureau staff is either gone on vacation starting Monday.  Those who are working aren't mentally "on the job" and are probably going to be pissed off that they're working when they believe they shouldn't be but because they don't have enough seniority to have time off.  These are the staffers who will be grumbling because they have to sit in their soul-sucking cubicle in a barren office.  So, likely they're playing Candy Crush instead of working just to "stick it to the man."  This means that your envelope just rots away on their desk, garnering no attention at all.  (I'll explain in a minute why this is actually a good thing!)
In case you don't know how imperative this 30-day period is (starting tomorrow), let's analyze this period.
If you mail your letters NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON MONDAY, they'll get the letters via USPS Priority (2-day) which means they arrive to the bureaus by Wednesday (the day BEFORE Thanksgiving).  This is when the clock for you starts ticking on the 30-day time frame in which they are legally required to complete your investigations on your claimed disputes.  Thirty days from that day (that your envelope arrives) is going to be right after Christmas.  And nobody is there between Christmas and New Years either.  In fact, during most of this next 30-day period, many of the credit bureau (and creditors including collection agencies, law offices handling collections, etc.) are taking loads of time off too.

TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THIS ONCE-A-YEAR "CREDIT BLITZ" BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS ONLY ONE TIME PER YEAR!!
Let me walk you through what happens when you file a dispute with the credit bureau. They receive your letter and have 30 days to investigate your dispute.  During this investigation, they will send a letter to the creditors you are disputing and require that they send the appropriate documentation required to substantiate that the account(s) you are disputing is yours.
Except that during the "holiday blitz," many of these employees working for these companies aren't around, they're taking extra time off, and when they actually are working, their minds are elsewhere such as thinking about shopping, cooking, partying, etc.
And this is where your advantage comes in.  If there is no response (or a late response) from any of these creditors or collection agencies, the delinquent account falls off your credit report altogether as if it never existed in the first place.

You see, your envelope that was rotting on somebody's desk will be picked up by a more experienced credit bureau employee when he/she comes back from the Thanksgiving vacation.  They'll be irritated that Lazy Jane didn't do the work (because she was too busy playing Candy Crush, remember), leaving the just-returning-from-vacay responsible staffer with a wheelbarrow full of credit dispute letters that MUST be done before the 30-day deadline...which is now already a full week in.  So, this staffer has to work quick to catch up on the work, doing everything in her power to just get them done...usually deleting and updating a bunch of stuff (in your favor) just to get the work completed.  (IMPORTANT: This is ALSO the time where they'll send out boilerplate "form" letters to people who did not include their driver's license or passport copy with 2 utility bills with the whole... "We're putting your investigations on hold until you prove your identity" shtick.  This is why you MUST include a VALID copy of your driver's license or passport with 2 recent utility bills showing your name and current address so this DOESN'T happen to you!)
Within the past couple of years, because of major hacking breaches of security with the bureaus and among major creditors like Capital One, the credit bureaus were blasted with so many disputes in recent years so they started using slick tactics to "buy time" in order to put off the 30-day time line.  They would do things like sending letters back stating that they didn't believe the letter was a "valid claim" or that they needed "proof" of your identity such as a driver's license and utility bill.  (This is why you are REQUIRED to include these things with your dispute letters.)
So, let me reiterate what you'll be doing, for maximum clarity, because I won't be able to respond back to you in time if you send me an email for clarification (only if you want to take advantage of this "holiday blitz" because you don't have a mid-FICO of AT LEAST 720 or above). You're going to download these letters that are in the Microsoft Word document format. There is one for each of the bureaus including their respective addresses at the top of each letter.  (Double check to make sure the address is the same as what I have above.  What I have above are the MOST RECENT dispute addresses.  Use those addresses.)
Next, get a copy of your credit report.  If you received one recently (within the past 45 days or so) you can use that one.  Otherwise, go to www.experian.com and download a new copy.  Yes, it'll cost you $40.  So what?  You can also try some free services like www.creditkarma.com.  You really don't need your FICO.  You just need your delinquent or "negative/adverse" accounts.
Next, fill out each letter.  Include your full name, current residential address, and your prior address if you've moved in the past 2 years.  Include your Social Security Number and your date of birth.
The letters I've given you only has a section for one single disputed account.  Copy the entire dispute section and keep pasting it underneath one right after the other for each account you will dispute.  Put in the name of the creditor, the partial account number as shown on the credit report, and the dollar amount listed.
Here's a hot tip: Collection agency accounts (including those from a law office) will come off easier during this time than those from banks or very large lenders.
Print off your letters, SIGN the letter with a wet signature (use blue ink, if possible) then include a copy of your driver's license AND a utility bill of a major utility like the electric company or water company.  Make sure the service address on the bill MATCHES the address where you currently reside.  This will give them no excuse to kick out your dispute to buy themselves time.
Go to the post office and send via USPS Priority with a signature confirmation.  You'll have tracking information for each one.  And each bureau will receive this package no later than the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  This is when the 30-day clock will start.
Then, REPEAT THE PROCESS AGAIN on December 27th.  You'll want your next set of 3 letters going out ON December 27th (even if you didn't receive a response back yet from the credit bureaus).  You want those next set of disputes hitting their desks RIGHT BEFORE THE NEW YEAR.  This second round won't be as effective but...if, say, 30% of your disputed items were positively updated or completely removed for you during the Thanksgiving Credit Blitz, then a second round can get, say, another 15% positively updated or completely removed, giving you some MAJOR positive progress when it comes to cleaning up your credit and boosting your overall FICO score.
By following these instructions, you will make the greatest impact on boosting your personal FICO during this time over any other time of the year because of these holidays that create "stumbling blocks" for the bureaus and creditors to respond in time.
Finally, I should add one more valuable tidbit of information if you want to dispute "inquiries":  Experian is the only bureau that will allow you to dispute your "hard" inquiries.  So, on your Experian letter, you can mention that you are also disputing the following inquiries then list the name of the company that put the inquiry on your credit and the date of the inquiry.  Doing this alone can boost your score 10 to 20 points alone with Experian.  (The other bureaus won't remove hard inquiries but sometimes I ask them too anyway because you never know when they may change their policies.)
Again, you can CLICK HERE to get my credit templates and I'm not charging you a dime for them.  That's how giving of a person I am.  'Tis the season.
See you at the top!

But since time is of the essence, I have to show you both of these now.

And I'll explain why this is.

Mind-Blowing Secret #1:  I have something called the "holiday credit blitz" challenge that you MUST take advantage of IF you don't have a mid-FICO above 720.  I created this video for your last week that explains the full instructions on EXACTLY what you can do to dramatically increase your credit FICO scores by 100 to 200 points during this holiday season if you follow my secret blueprint.  CLICK HERE to watch the video and to get all the complimentary trainings, downloads, and secrets on how to make this work for you since this happens only ONCE each year.

And...

Mind-Blowing Secret #2:  If you want to make $200,000 or more in the next year doing a pretty easy "job" with our company, CLICK HERE and apply for it.  It's easy, highly profitable, but it's NOT for everyone.  (I'm only working with a dozen students on this one and that's a HARD cap.)  CLICK HERE to check it out now.

Listen, things in the economy are getting dicey...and fast!  If you don't line up good credit (under "Mind-Blowing Secret #1") AND a hot opportunity for you to make an easy and steady $200,000+ per year (under "Mind-Blowing Secret #2) then you're going to have a hell of a time treading water in 2023.

Hey, I'm just trying to help you out.

Last night I had to run to the grocery store to get a loaf of bread, milk, eggs, and a few other things.  I find it to be highly odd and rather unbelievable that people who are in the business of doing a menial simple task (that would take 5 minutes worth of training TOTAL) can actually screw something up so badly.

Long story short, the milk ended up on the top of the bread in the bag, smashing it into something that resembled a wet pita.  Not even the birds would have any use in bread that's smashed and doughy (because of the sweat from the milk).  And a few of my eggs broke, as the lame-oid who bagged my groceries apparently decided that throwing them into the bag sideways was the way to go.

Again, we're talking about a job that requires MAYBE 5 minutes in training for the entire life of the position.  Ten minutes in training for those who are especially dense and slow.  And even then, my experience with grocery baggers these days are somewhat in the range of around 1/3 of them who can actually bag the items correctly.

I shutter at the prospect that any of these people may inadvertently slip into a position such as being a brain surgeon or air traffic controller.

So we always circle back to the question: Where did all the common sense go?  I think by the time you're in kindergarten, you'd have an idea that it's not a particularly smart idea to put a bowling ball on top of a sack of potato chips so...what happens to that common sense afterwards?

I have a theory.  Of course, this is ONLY a theory.  But I'm noticing that this lacking of common sense tends to pull more toward the Millennial crowd.  Gen X seems to have been the last reliable and innovative generation and then it rapidly went downhill from that point on.

During one of my recent business trips, I started watching this movie called Idiocracy (2006) with Luke Wilson.  It's basically about a Pentagon experiment that had gone wrong and left this "average intelligence" guy shoved into the future via a time machine.  There (500 years from now) he discovers that he is, in fact, highly intelligent since the average intelligence of the average American had slipped well below even where most mentally challenged people are now on the IQ scale.  While this was a comedy, I couldn't help but to see the truth in how this future could be our possibility...but in much less than 500 years.

Try about 50 years.

I'm not one to place a myriad of blame on any specific source of why I think people are mentally going down the tubes like this.  I figure there has to be many factors involved including these possibilities:

1)  The EASY button mentality.  Kids these days seem to think that anything and everything is merely a click away.  Any physical exertion beyond the point of a computer mouse, video game controller, or swipe of an iPad means that they simply have no interest in doing it.  Plus...what's the worst that can happen when you "die"?  I think you just hit "respawn" or "restart" and everything starts from scratch.  There are no consequences to any actions with the EASY and RESTART buttons involved.  There is also no need to get off their asses at all since everything is at their fingertips.  I believe that all this iPad/video game/computer activity numbs the brain more than we think.

2)  Skewed and media hype coupled with being barraged with internet and media disinformation.  Did you know that nobody in Europe even knows who the hell the Kardashians are?  Yet Yahoo! "News" jumps on every little thing those useless people do. And this whole deal with Meghan Markel and Prince Harry every time we turn around?  What the f***?  (Need I say more??) Isn't there anything ELSE in the news to talk about?  By the way, most of these blog online news stories are churned out as fast as possible by "writers" who barely graduated college, have absolutely no life experience, and base their "research" on the rest of the bogus blogger crap they find online, thus giving out even more misinformation with each "news article" that they write.  Add this to just adding fuel to the fire by purposely omitting essential details to a story and adding a writer's "opinion" and this is where things can get dangerous for malleable minds reading any given article.  Unfortunately, our kids (and many others, believe it or not) who don't have the basic common sense mechanism in their brains needed to sniff out bullsh** versus reality will believe anything and everything they read.  Sad really.  It's almost better to know nothing at all than have a load of baseless useless nonsense wasting valuable space within your brain cells.

3)  A global attack on our personal health.  This can include all the clouds of gas that the U.S. Airforce is generously spraying in the sky on a daily basis along with the chemicals they put in the water because it's "good" for us (including the use of fluoride which is actually NOT good for us AT ALL). These are known as "chem trails."  Look up in the sky once in awhile and when you see a giant tic-tac-toe grid, that's a chem trail.  (We see them ALL the time in California.)  And if you're a meat eater (including consuming dead cows, pigs, and birds), you're getting it even worse with the vast collection of hormones and pesticides that come in your meat, all complimentary of course.  This is why girls are developing at a much earlier age.  This is why cancer is becoming rampant and uncontrollable, happening in larger numbers than ever before.  Did you ever think that maybe it's from all the crap in the air, all the hormones from our food...and now from GMOs??  All of this, of course, affects our brain function and whether we can think clearly...or at all.  And don't even get me started on the "scam-demic" and how much health damage Covid did to all of us.  (I still have brain fog and severe lethargy from when I got Omicron back in January.)

And if you have ANY of the disadvantages I've outlined in #1 and/or #2 then you're definitely going to see an impact on your thinking process.  In fact, if you are guilty of #1 and #2 then I'm fairly certain that you didn't even read down this far, as I would have lost you in the first sentence of this email.

You can't fix stupid but you can at least TRY to do something about it.  First, start with your health.  Cut your meat consumption.  Drastically, if possible.  Add organic vegetable juice each day, mostly with greens.  Clean up your diet as much as you can.  Eat a lot of organic fruits and veggies.  Get on a regular exercise program.  Clean out your colon with a 3-day cleanse.  Do what YOU can.

No, you can't change everything but this is NOT an "all or nothing" type of deal.  You can't breathe different air unless you plan on carrying an oxygen tank on your back at all hours of the day and night.  You're not going to avoid every hormone or pesticide in your food.  But you CAN cut some of the damage down by a significant percentage of consuming this junk and this alone will make a big impact.

Then you'll start to THINK CLEARER.  Once you think clearer, you can start rising above the rest of the dummies that grace this planet and realize success like you've never imagined.

I have another theory and that is this: Do only 7% better and you'll be happier, healthier, and wealthier than you've ever dreamed of!

And doing 7% better only means doing better than what you are doing now.  It really has nothing to do with what everybody else is doing out there because, well...who really cares what everyone else is doing?  Right?

This means getting healthier, educating yourself, create meaningful goals for yourself in all areas of your life, generate a doable action plan to achieve those goals and, most importantly, get off your ass and start working the plan.  Don't let the noise and chatter of what everyone else is doing, thinking, and talking about become a distraction because, as we've established, they're mostly dopes anyway.

It also means rolling up your sleeves and doing things that other people are just too lazy to do.  And I have a way you can do that.  It can be a real game-changer for you for 2023.  CLICK HERE and see what I'm talking about.

And by the way, stop watching the news.  Stop reading stupid Yahoo! News articles, especially the comments section.  They're written by a bunch of uneducated dummies who don't have a job (or don't excel at one they have).  Focus on yourself and what you need to do to reach your goals.  That's all you have to do.

And, finally, realize that there isn't an EASY button.  Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to achieve whatever you want in life.  If you're willing to do that then...the world is your oyster.

See you at the top!

Your mentor,

Why am I talking about 2023 already when we haven't even hit the holidays yet?

A couple of reasons:

1)  Our economy is in "crisis mode" right now and most fools don't even know it yet,

And...

2)  I predict that in the first quarter of 2023, we'll be seeing the start of a 2008-eque economy unfold quickly.

Yes, once the "holiday hang-over" is over, the I forecast that the credit bubble (you know...all those credit cards people were living on for the past two years of the pandemic?) will officially explode in everyone's faces.

And there will be A LOT of people scrambling around for money.

But that won't be you because here's what I have for you...

I shot this quick video that talks about this highly exclusive and very different thing that I want to show you:  CLICK HERE NOW

This is going to knock your socks off because it's probably the easiest low-cost money-making opportunity I've ever offered before.

No doubt about it.

P.S.  I got a head start this year by shooting a quick tutorial video about how you can use my secret "holiday credit blitz" secret to increase your FICO score by 100 to 200 points during this upcoming holiday season.  If your mid-FICO is not at or above 720 (at least), I strongly urge you to take me up on my "holiday blitz" challenge by CLICKING HERE to watch this video and to follow my instructions to the "t".  This is 100% complimentary.  Just click HERE and follow the instructions.  I'll even give you my downloadable letters and credit log to help you out.  You have one week to get your letters prepared to send out to the credit bureaus so I recommend you get a head start by CLICKING HERE NOW!

It seems like every week I'm getting a new IRS fine letter...

I'm on my third one in three weeks.

And...I'm pretty sure I'll have ANOTHER ONE next week...and the week after that...AND the week after that.

What do these letters say?

They say that I filed my company tax returns LATE.

Except that the postmark on each filing is March 14, 2022.  The filing date for an S corporation filing this year was March 15, 2022.

And, according to IRS, as long as the return is POSTMARKED on or before the due date, it is considered a timely filing.

But, because of how SLOW they are, they are JUST BARELY PROCESSING my company tax returns right now!

AND...wanting to FINE ME for every company I filed for.

Now please note that I have A LOT of companies.  I file returns for around a dozen companies.  So...

If I'm on the THIRD letter for my IRS fine...I have about 9 more to go.  [INSERT CRY EMOJI HERE.]

Oh, but I can get a refund.  Eventually.  But first I have to PAY the fine and then I can file Form 843 to get a refund on the fine payment.  But I have to pay the fine today and then get the refund later.

That is IF I ever get the refund.  Typical IRS and government red tape.  It's a total scam job.

And now that they're hiring another 87,000 new IRS agents, there will be A LOT of fines, penalties, and other bullsh*t that they plan on dragging the average American through in order to justify the weekly paychecks of all these people.

So...here I am thinking:  If I'm getting all of these fines now for legally filing ON TIME...what kind of crap am I going to be dealing with NEXT YEAR with the IRS?

And YOU should be thinking the same thing because if you haven't gotten a fine letter from the IRS yet...you will.

But what I've found over the years that helps keep me sane (and rich) is by NOT focusing on what famous copywriter and marketer used to call the "alphabet agencies" (such as the IRS)...

And by FOCUSING on stuff that can make you wealthy, ESPECIALLY in light of the economy falling apart by the day.

I have a solution for the hard times ahead.  CLICK HERE to see exactly what I'm talking about.

I've NEVER done anything quite like this.  And likely I'll never do it again.

It's an interesting irony...at least I think it is.

When my daughter was born in 2008, I decided that I wanted to finish getting my BS degree in business.  This was because I remembered a conversation...in fact many such conversations (arguments actually)...with my mom decades ago about why I didn't want to go to college.

And the argument went something like this:

Mom:  "You should go to college.  It would be a great experience for you."

Teenage Me:  "Why?  You didn't go to college.  You didn't even finish high school."

And that was the end of that.

So, there I was in the summer of 2008, holding a brand new baby, and thinking to myself...  I really don't want to have this same argument with my daughter when she gets older.

Within 6 months, I was back in college, finished by BS degree a year or so later, and then went on to complete an MFA degree in writing.

It was after I graduated with my second degree that it fully sunk in.  What a bunch of bullsh*t it is to have a college degree.

Even worse -- at least for me -- was that I felt my dream of becoming a commercial fiction author was squashed.  (At least that's what I believed at that time when I left the university.)  All the professors there seemed to beat out any dream that any moldable mind had about ever becoming successful in the realm of writing, mainly in commercial fiction.  Instead of being the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed wannabe writer with dreams of grandeur and success... I felt deflated, rejected, and ground down with my dream whipped out of me.  As I look back now, I realize that most were burn-outs, dreamers, and not all that commercially successful themselves.  Perhaps in their own twisted jealous way they thought that if they got rid of a new writer through ridicule and criticism, they'd have a chance as the hacks and has-beens that they all were.

It seems that my plan of NOT having that argument with my daughter when she got to the age of going off to college has really morphed into something quite different.

Do you want to know what I tell my daughter about college now?

1)  Go to a community college for your first couple of years (IF you want to go to college at all).  It's a lot cheaper to get your general education stuff completed (like math, science, language, English, etc.) at a junior college without paying an arm and a leg for the same crap you learn in high school.
2)  By doing it this way, it'll give you extra time to figure out what you want to do so there's no pressure to figure out your 20+ year career at the age of 17.
3)  If college doesn't float your boat, consider a trade school.
4)  Maybe college of trade school won't be for you at all, in which case...take that six-figure college trust fund I have for you and go buy some real estate with it.  Just don't blow the money on stupid sh*t.

Total 180-degree change from what I thought was how I felt about higher education only a short time ago.

Most of you know that my daughter started the 9th grade this year.  Yes, she's in high school.  I still can't believe it.

Last night we had "open house."  We were walking all around the school which reminded me of a small college campus.  She was showing me her classes.  I met her teachers.  I could feel her excitement about her new school, an excitement that had been completely non-existent in all of her schooling years prior to this (especially with online learning during the pandemic).  (I kept telling her that high school would be different and secretly praying that it actually would be for her!)

As I looked around her new school and looked at her, I couldn't believe how fast she grew up.  It seems like just yesterday when I was dropping her off to preschool for the first time at a local Montessori.  Now she's a high school student.  What the hell?

As I drive to and from school to pick her up, I see parents my age.  Some of them, I can tell, are remembering their years in high school.  Some might have regrets.  Others might just be reminiscing about those days.  But all of us thinking, Where did the time go?

My daughter has a blank slate.  Her whole life is ahead of her.  And she can be and do anything she wants.

But this made me realize one critical thing here.  We ALL have our whole lives ahead of us.  And at ANY time we can choose to be and do SOMETHING ELSE.  On a dime.  Instantly!

Don't you agree?  I think we get "stuck" in life sometimes and we fail to realize that we can PIVOT into something different AT ANY TIME.

And that brings me to what I want to tell you.

I'm giving you an opportunity to pivot into something that will likely change everything for you.

Besides...

The kiddies are going back to school.  Maybe it's time you did too.

CLICK HERE to find out what I have in mind for you.  It's pretty mind-blowing.  Something I've NEVER done before and something I'll NEVER do again!

See you at the top!

Apparently one of my last email blasts ruffled a couple of feathers.  Actually, just ONE set of feathers to be exact.  I've noticed that people in general who know that they themselves are deadbeats and losers, insistent on blaming the world around them for the lack of effort they are putting forth in their own lives, they really get "offended" when I call them out on the obvious.  That their lack of success is, in fact, their fault.  Not many people like to take responsibility for their own failures, as it's just easier to blame the government, or this guy, or that guy, or their spouse, or their kids, or everyone else but the person they see in the mirror.  If you're one of these people who is insistent on refusing to take personal responsibility to ANY degree about how to better your life, I don't want you reading my emails anymore.  (There's a link at the bottom where you can kindly remove yourself off my email blast list right now.)

Such a woman was this idiot named Marina.  She sent me an email that looked like it was written by a half-illiterate elementary school child claiming that I don't know what it's like to be poor and starving and this and that.  Blah, blah, blah.  In which I replied:  Yes, I went without many meals as a child.  So what?  I survived.  Yes, we went without utilities as a child when many times basic services were shut off for weeks on end including water and gas.  But I made it through.  Yes, we were even homeless for a bit.  Again, all water under the bridge.  The KEY POINT is that don't see me bitching or complaining or needlessly rehashing these memories because I grabbed myself up by my bootstraps (with the help of NO ONE, mind you) and went on to become successful on my own.  No excuses.  Boot camp style, my friend.  You find the opportunities.  You find the "loopholes" and study how success can be a part of your life.  And you take action to make it happen.  Very simple.  Furthermore, I've come to understand that it's our difficult times in life -- even our most desperate times -- that build us as spirits/souls.  Without pressure and stress, a diamond cannot be formed.  The best of who you are is defined by the most difficult periods of your life and how you got through, NOT by the happy-happy-joy-joy periods.  And we each can choose how to look at it.  Boo-hoo about it?  Or USE the experiences to make us better?  Your choice, my choice, all of our choices.  I choose to use it and build on it for success, prosperity, and happiness.

Difference between myself and a loser like Marina is that I don't compile and brainwash myself with a bunch of excuses as to why it's everyone else's fault, feeding myself a daily waterfall of affirmations as to why everything is so bad for me without at least considering that there are other more positive possibilities.  I simply move forward, use whatever tools I have to forge ahead, and I make things happen in my own life.  People like Marina, well, they're happy being miserable, sitting in a corner crying all day about how it's everyone else's fault as to why she's too lazy to get off her pitiful ass to make things happen for herself.  Even worse, she's blaming everyone else as to why banks won't give her money and on and on.  I can only imagine what the communication looks like when she's trying to babble on to a banker or other financial professional the way she talks and writes, like a kindergartner.  Then wonders why nobody wants to give her a loan.  How about educating herself to come off as a professional?  How about figuring out HOW to get the money for deals or HOW to generate more income instead of bitching and complaining that it's everyone else's fault for her own incompetence?  Oh, no!  Not for Marina, of course.

She went on to say that I know nothing about identity theft.  Wrong again, Marina.  My entire credit was compromised by my first husband after he opened up several very large credit accounts in my name and then left me with the bill. It cost me a personal bankruptcy that took 10 years for me to sort through.  Again, I don't sit around boo-hooing about it.  I get my ass into gear and do something about it!

I think she was "offended" because I used the word FEAR a lot.  So, maybe it's not fear that's the case for Marina.  Maybe it's just laziness.  Maybe she's just apathetic.  Has she ever thought of that?  No, of course not.  Again, just easier to BLAME everybody else.  Blame Trump and Biden while you're at it.  After all, they MUST be held accountable as to why Marina can't peel her lazy pitiful ass off the couch every day to DO something productive other than whining.  In which case, she'll never get anywhere, guaranteed.  I've learned how to read people pretty good.  And I know when a certain someone should just give up and not bother trying to do anything because there is just too much negativity that they're not willing to let go.  So, for someone like Marina, I recommend that she just give up now.  Don't invest in any programs, seminars, or other materials.  She'll find something wrong with all of it even before she tries anything.  Best to just stay glued to that couch, continue watching Maury Povich, and wonder in great suspense if that DNA test will prove that the "mo-fo" on TV is really her baby-daddy.  (Oh, the suspense!)

For me, I know where I'll be in a few months from now, a year from now, and even 5 years from now.  She'll be exactly where she is now.  Still pitiful, apathetic, blaming everyone else, and wondering why her life still sucks so bad because she never shut off the negativity valve long enough to see opportunities and possibilities all around us AT ALL TIMES...even moving THROUGH us every second of every day!

So...say you're kind of like Marina and you (ideally and hopefully) don't want to be anymore.  It's a choice.  Choose NOT to be like her.  But I'll make it real easy on you by telling you HOW to not be like her.  Start OPENING YOUR EYES to what's going on out there in the world.  CHOOSE to focus on the positive instead of falling into the nightly news negativity abyss each day for hours on end.

Here's an assignment for you:

1)  Stop watching the news in ALL FORMS for 7 solid days.  This includes avoiding Yahoo! News, MSNBC, CNN, FOX, your local nightly news, whatever.  You get the point, I hope.

2)  Start noticing things around you.  Notice ALL of the positive, especially when it comes to wealth.  NOTICE the guy driving the new Porsche, or the lady in that hot red Mercedes-Benz convertible.  NOTICE.  Then listen to what you are saying to yourself.  Are you grumbling about why you don't have that?  Are you assuming they were born into wealth or stole the money?  Then make a CHOICE to switch your thinking and say out loud, "If he can have that, I can have that too."  Or, "If she can drive that car, I can certainly find a way to make the money to drive that too."  Again, say it OUT LOUD, even a few times, so you can start wiring that brain of yours.

3)  Watch nothing negative before bedtime.  This includes 48-Hours, Dateline, crime shows or horror movies.

4)  Right before you fall asleep, ask how you can achieve certain things you're looking to achieve.  For example, you might say, "How can I generate an extra $20,000 per month net in income?  What ways are there that can allow me to do this?"  Then let it go.   Keep repeating this night after night until you receive an answer.  You'll have your answer in a couple of days or less!

5)  When you get your answer, move on it.  Start creating and working a doable action plan.  Don't let your mind talk you out of it.  Keep forging ahead yet stay flexible for new ideas.  You're usually shown new creative ways to get things done when you stay open.  Keep working on your plan.  Do at least one thing each day to complete your plan.

We can all choose to make this shift or we can choose to make excuses while blaming the world around us.  In all reality, we ARE our world.  We ARE our universe.  And you can make it anything you want.  You can choose Marina's universe.  Or you can choose to create something completely different.

Your choice, my friend.

See you at the top!

Your mentor,

Monica Main

Here we are.  Summer is coming to an end.  My daughter started high school this year.  Here in California, we start school in the middle of August.  School seems to start earlier and earlier with each passing year.

Anyway, here's the reason I'm sending you this email:  Three weeks ago I had this conversation with my most successful real estate investing student (now investor partner), Andrew Shaw.  He's been working one-on-one with some of my higher-level students in getting them funding for their deals.

But that's not what he wanted to talk to me about.

He said, "I know what you're talking about now...you know, all that zen sh** you kept telling me all these years?  I get it now."

I didn't understand his point or what he was trying to tell me.  All I cared about was whether he's speaking at the upcoming two-day BNB Boot Camp Seminar in Burbank, California on October 1st and 2nd.  (I already knew what he'd tell me though.)  I think based on the radio silence, he figured out that I was clueless as to what he was trying to say.

Then he said, "You know I am committed to the Funding On Demand Group for the rest of this year and all of next year, right?  But after that, I'm out."

"Out?  What does that mean?" I asked.

"I decided to retire.  There's only so much money I can earn and I got kind of complacent with the Airbnb investing...not having to stress out so much.  And I really got used to that.  I talked to my CPA and he told me that I have enough to retire.  Hell, my daughter Katie and her kids...when she has some kids, that is...they'll all be taken care of for life with all my investments.  So, I decided that I'm retiring."

"When?"  I did NOT see this coming!  "When are you retiring?"

"You know how you talk about picking your 'I Quit' date?  Well, I decided that my 'I Quit' date is December 31, 2023.  Next year."

Damn, I didn't see this coming.  We had already ramped up his Funding On Demand Group and I was expecting that he would offer funding on student deals for at least the next three years.  Never did I imagine that it would be so short-lived!

So, it took me awhile to figure out how I was going to break the news to everyone...especially for those of you who are currently part of the Funding On Demand Group.  (It's only a year group anyway.)  You have one year.  And that's it.  The last people we can enroll into the Funding On Demand Group will likely be the last week of December or the first week of January because it is a one-year group.  So, for those of you who have been sitting on the fence "thinking about it," I'm here to tell you that the opportunity to work directly with Andrew Shaw is coming to an end.  CLICK HERE if you think you might be interested in joining the Funding On Demand Group.

And that leads me to the second thing...the BNB Boot Camp Seminar.

To be crystal clear, I did NOT want to do another event, did NOT plan to do another event, and had NO other events scheduled on my calendar.  I think I mentioned that last year.  NO MORE EVENTS for me.

But...Andrew has a way of persuading people to do things that they otherwise don't want to do.

So, he convinced me to do the two-day event in Burbank, California for October 1st and 2nd because he said he'd be there.  He won't speak.  (He has a major fear of public speaking.)  But he said he'd be there, namely for those who are part of the Funding On Demand Apprenticeship Group (also a one-year program).  Each person who attends the event who is a Funding On Demand Apprentice Group student will get a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with Andrew in a private conference room.  For the rest of you, he'll probably be at the bar in the evening to chat with some of you.

This is exciting because the last time Andrew attended any of my events was in Detroit a few years ago when I was doing a special Underground Secret Event and he was one of the investors that ended up backing almost $20 million in property deals just from that one event.  I thought it was funny because Andrew didn't allow me to point him out.  He was in the bar in a casual outfit.  And I remember sitting at a table nearby with several students, drinking a cocktail, and I looked over at Andrew (who warned me beforehand that he wouldn't be wearing a suit) and I cracked up laughing.  Andrew was wearing a black and red plaid lumberjack shirt and a hunting hat.  I almost spit vodka and cranberry juice.  I remember a couple of students looking at me crazy-like wondering what the hell I was laughing at.  I said nothing because...our DEAL has always been that he wanted to meet people "organically" (as he called it) and to NOT know who he was so he could determine if someone would be a good investor-partner fit for him without having any preconceived expectations.  (Hey, those were his rules, not mine.)

So, if you're coming to Burbank, you'll probably get to meet Andrew at the bar.  Hopefully he's wearing something better than a lumberjack outfit in his attempt to "play himself down" as an "average guy."  You'll see.  It'll be like "Where's Waldo?"  You can see if you can spot him at the bar on the evenings of October 1st and October 2nd at the hotel where we will be hosting the event.  (You'll get hotel information once you register by CLICKING HERE.)

As you go through life, you sometimes have the feeling that things will last forever.  I certainly didn't think Andrew would be retiring so soon...or that this will be the last event he'll be talking to students at.  (Yes, I did ask him if he's open to doing one last event before he retires next year.  I promised to throw him a big retirement bash.  He gave me a sharp "HELL NO!")

So, this is it.  For those of you who want an opportunity to chat with Andrew Shaw in person, your only chance is going to be in Burbank, California on October 1st and 2nd.  THERE WILL BE NO OTHER OPPORTUNITIES...EVER!  CLICK HERE to register for the event now, if you're not already registered.

And that brings me to the FINAL thing I'd like to tell you.

I am releasing the 2023 Motherload Resource Directory which has EVEN MORE cash and money resources for you to use to get funding for your deals, for starting or buying a business, or just to get out of debt.  There's a new online application portal that you'll get access to and this can get you quick approvals on both mortgages and loans.  CLICK HERE to get the 2023 Motherload Resource Directory now!

See you at the top!

Your mentor,

Monica Main

P.S.  I did say something (in the subject line) about me retiring too.  Since Andrew Shaw is retiring out of the real estate game, I'm going back to NOT doing any more real estate trainings, events, and mentorship groups after he's done.  (He's the only reason why I came back into the world of real estate trainings, events, and mentorships.)  So, you'll be losing both of us at the same time.  I highly recommend you jump on board with SOMETHING pertaining to real estate investing with us BEFORE we both retire.
