I keep telling people over and over again that there is a CLIFF we're all about to fall off of.

It's an economic cliff.

And if you don't believe me, just rewind back in time to...I don't know.  How about early 2008-ish?

If you recall, most everybody (especially your Sally Housewife and Larry Lunchpail) were all thinking, "Man, do we have a great economy!  And this is likely to last forever!  Yes, let's pay 30% higher on our new house because...well, everybody else is doing it so, why not?!"

Then the fall of 2008 came.

And unless you were in a coma during that time, I think we all remember what happened after that.

Fast forward to today.

It seems that a lot of people are thinking along those same "early 2008" theories about how "everything" is going to be great "forever" as the economy keeps heading in the upward trajectory.

Until it crashes.

Then there will be a bunch of I-told-you-so folks who previously didn't believe anything but the "Roaring 20s" pipedream until the gravy train crash.

Which side of the coin are you on?  Are you the cynic who lives in the reality that things just cannot go up forever without a healthy recession?  Or are you part of the pipedream crowd who thinks we're going to actually skip a recession (for the first time in history) and keep going up and up and up...for many years more?

Our last recession was after the crash of 2008.  And if you're fairly decent at math, you'd know that we're coming up on 13 years since the start of the last recession, which was kicked off in the fall of 2008.  By Halloween 2021, we'll be at exactly 13 years.

And that is a freaking LONG TIME between recessions!  Despite what some may think, that is not good at all!

The economy is supposed to function much like a rubber band: it expands and contracts with relative predictability and consistency.

But what happens with a rubber band that keeps stttrrrreeeeettttttccchhhiiiiinnnnngggggg...?

It snaps.  And probably hits you in the eyeball, taking your eye out for good!

But what if I told you that there is a way to not only survive this upcoming economic crash...but you can thrive like maybe you've never done before??

How's it going?

I was having this discussion the other day with the lady that does my eyebrows.  And somehow the conversation came up about freeloaders.  I think it was because she mentioned that her sister refuses to work or do anything with her life yet she always wonders why she's broke.

I immediately asked her if she was older than her sister and even went so far as to assume that she was the eldest child.  I was right, of course, because it was an uncanny carbon copy of my exact situation with my brother who is younger than I am.  I've always had a "knack" of making money and taking care of myself yet my brother is the eternal excuse-maker, bitcher, and professional moaner with a piss-poor and sickening "poor me" attitude that can make anyone lose all faith in humanity within precisely 37 seconds of listening to it.

There's always that "nature vs. nurture" argument where you can take, in some cases, fraternal twins who grew up in the exact same household yet one turns into a mass murderer and the other grows a multi-billion dollar per annual business.  And there is no explanation for it.

Is it your environment?  Or is it genetics?

I have a deeper explanation for it which goes into something deeper that I don't think I want to get into right now.  The short version of my theory is that we all have unique personalities which some may call our "soul" which differs drastically, even if we have an identical twin with the exact same genetic make-up who we grew up with in the exact same household/environment with.

So, what does this have to do with anything?

Easy.  It's very simple to become successful.  You simply get off your ass and set out with an exact, precise treasure map to get there.

And you have to want it.  Badly.  It's what Napoleon Hill refers to as having a "burning desire."  You gotta have that if you're going to be successful.  No exceptions!

Nobody can teach you to "desire" success.  The good news for you is that, chances are, because you're one of my faithful students reading this email, you've already got that burning desire and ability to "hustle" until you become successful.  So, unlike my lazy excuse-making broker or Angie's pitiful freeloading sister who can't, under the best of odds, be convinced to get off their ass and do something...you're way beyond that if you're reading this.

Back to the treasure map...

When my daughter was much younger, I found myself unfortunately stuck watching the cartoon Dora the Explorer quite often.  If you're not familiar with the kiddie show then good for you!  If you are...I'm sorry.

Every episode of Dora the Explorer has to do with her going on some type of adventure involving a map.  The map is devised of three things.  Each "thing" is a landmark of some kind that she has to visit in a precise order in order to make it to the end of her superficial maze to accomplish whatever shallow goal the hapless writers of the TV show had devised for her.

So, after Dora's backpack spits out her map with her directions on what she's supposed to do, she sets off to follow the map, working to avoid danger along the way.  Danger is this fox called Swiper who tries ripping her off or doing demonic things like taking her tools to get through her adventure and whipping them off into the forest, or some other such nonsense just to screw her over.

When I watched the show with my daughter, I started putting some things together about the characteristics of the average human being.

First of all, most paths to success are pretty simple.  Not exactly only 3 items to get there but pretty damn close.  Yes, there are always thousands of details in any endeavor but, really, aren't there only a few "large" things that are in a set of directions?

For example, if I were to tell you how to get involved in apartment building investing, I could literally give you three basic steps to pull it off:

1)  Do a financial assessment on yourself; determine your down payment and funding options.

2)  Find a cash flowing property using my CFE (Cash Flow Evaluator)

3)  Put in an offer on the property and see what happens.

Of course, there are more steps.  There's the acceptance of the offer (or rejection, in which case you go out and repeat steps 2 and 3) and then going into "contracts" then escrow then closing on the property.  Then once you close, you set up your management then cash flow away!

Still, if you add up all the steps, you're at around seven.  But that's not too overwhelming, is it?

Everything is like this.  Absolutely everything!

There are steps to become successful in the Money Funnel Business.  Here are three steps for you:

1) Choose a "wheelhouse" to specialize in (there are only a handful that make a lot of money)
2) Set up a functional money funnel for people to buy your products including having OTOs (one-time offers that are upsells)
3) Drive traffic to your website to start making money!

Yes, it's really THAT SIMPLE!

So why are so many people not doing these simple steps to find success in whatever type of business they have an interest in?

I think it's because they believe there's much more too it.  They believe that success is difficult and way out of their reach.

I can tell you, from massive amounts of experience in both business and in investing that success is very easy to attain but there's a catch.  You have to get off your ass and follow some simple type of Dora map and move along the map to go get it.

Plus, the map has to be followed in an exact order.  You can't change the order of things otherwise you'll find yourself unsuccessful.

I have something pretty powerful that is in an EXACT set of THREE STEPS.

CLICK HERE to watch a video and I'll tell you what those THREE STEPS are and how they can completely transform your finances forever!

One of my biggest student "pet peeve" questions I get is this one:

"What should I do -- what should I invest in -- to make fast money?"

My answer?

"I don't know!  How the hell should I know what you should do?"  I know what I want to do and what interests ME...but I know NONE of those things about anybody else.

It's this lack of responsibility of taking life by the horns and making decisions that really gets under my skin.

And it's only going to get worse with our next generation.

I think everybody who knows me knows that I have a 12-year-old daughter.  I'm pretty strict on her and I expect her to maintain a much greater level of responsibility than most people would for a 12-year-old.

Why do I do this?

Because in order for you to be "great" at anything, you only have to be 10% better than everyone else.

Considering the sea of near-deadbeats that are coming up through grade school, junior high and high school right now...even taking responsibility to be on time to school is 10% greater than what most kids would attempt to do on their own.

Pretty sad.

Unfortunately, my generation -- the Gen Xers -- are teaching Gen Ys some pretty freakin' bad habits that will ultimately bite them in the ass one day.  Some of these Gen Xers think that being "more relaxed" and "laid back" with their kids (than their parents obviously were with them) is better somehow.

Well...better in the sense that if they want a pot-smoking video-game-playing loser dwelling in their basement at the age of 53, then I guess these Gen Xers are on the right path.

Except I don't want that with my daughter.

My parents were hippies from the 60s.  I grew up as a vegetarian with a religion called Kriya Yoga.  They wanted to be so far from "status quo" as possible that it's surprising I have any bearings in the world of capitalism.  (I guess a cat always lands on her feet!)

I think the only thing that gave me a radar for entrepreneurialism was my dad who always kept hustling.  He was always a small business owner, did fairly well for a middle-class breadwinner, and was always working.

And that's exactly what my daughter gets to see.

Just yesterday she said, "Mom, thank you for working so hard for me."

Yes!  It's sinking in!!

The best thing about all of these little things I have her do is not that she does them perfectly each time (because she does) but that she understands a sense of responsibility and commitment to "processes" in general.

I feel like most people have difficulty in finding their way through life financially (and in many other ways).  You can't blame your parents...even if it's really their fault.  You now have to take responsibility yourself.  Time to put your big kid pants on and grow up.

Just like I teach my daughter the psychology behind taking care of herself, I teach my students the exact same valuable lessons they can immediately use to change their lives.

Your only "hump" to get over is your mind and whether you'll pull the trigger (or not).  That's the part I cannot do for you.  All I can do is give you the strategies and techniques in the most precise step-by-step fashion and it's up to you to follow it.

As you know, I've recently finished my Key West Retreat where I did a two-day Money Funnel Traffic Workshop that was pretty powerful.

And now I'm doing something else that's EVEN MORE POWERFUL AND PROFITABLE than that!

It's amazing what you discover as you trek along in this journey we call a "lifetime on earth." While most of this journey can seem frustrating, once you get the hang of a couple of "secret techniques" to alter your future, you can understand how to maneuver a better life experience for yourself.

One of the most powerful strategies I've learned...then learned again recently is the power of letting go.

Many of you know that I went through a painful divorce years.  It was not a marriage I wanted to let go of at all.  In fact, it's the only divorce that I didn't want.  But I felt that I had to get out of the situation before it consumed me emotionally.  So, off to divorce court I went.

And it was the fastest divorce I ever had.  Six months went by like a long weekend at the beach.

Then it was over.  Just like that.  And I thought that I'd feel better.

Except I didn't.  I felt the same sense of sadness that I had felt all along.

(Hey, I know I'm an expert when it comes to making money but I'm still working on mastering this relationship thing.  We all have sh** we need to learn...otherwise, why are we still here?)

Then I realized something.  And this something didn't make me happy either.

You see, I realized that I was the problem all along.  I was creating obstacles that weren't there.  I was seeing things the way I wanted to see them.  And it was easy for me to point the finger at everyone else analyzing what was wrong with their decisions (or lack thereof) but I never stopped to look at myself and how I was the problem.

Now, let me outline something magical that happened the moment I was able to just throw in the towel and let it all go.

Yes, that's right.  I literally threw in the towel.  I gave up on the marriage.  I gave up on the business we had together.  I walked away from all of it.  In my mind, it was time to move on.

The moment I truly let it all go was the moment that everything started working out.  The obstacles and walls I created in the situation suddenly dissolved.  Instead of me being a part of swimming in a muddy pond where I couldn't see what was going on as I was helplessly thrashing about, I suddenly became someone that was looking over the situation as if I was in a tree overhead with no emotional attachment or confusion about the situation.  I saw everything completely clearly for the first time in almost 4 years.

And when you can see a situation as if you're just someone observing, two critical things happen:

1)  You find immediate solutions that you failed to see before.

2)  Since you're not emotionally intertwined in the situation, your obstacles begin to melt away immediately.

When you get "on top" of a situation rather than being distraughtly intertwined in the problem/issue, everything changes.  And it changes instantly.

Unfortunately, moving from the perspective of being "in" the problem vs. "on top" of the problem is purely a mental shift that sometimes takes years to occur.

But it doesn't have to.

I did one single thing to make this shift that I could have done in a day instead of waiting for it to "happen" over the course of almost 4 years.

What was that "single thing"?

No, it wasn't just letting go...although that was part of it.

The single thing was taking a step back.  That's right.  I took a huge step back.  (Of course, you have to let go of the emotional attachment of the situation by not caring what happens anymore in order to effectively step back.)

Taking a step back requires you to take a mental and emotional "vacation."  This can mean going up into the mountains or taking a trip to the beach, even for a day.  Commit to not thinking about the "problem/issue" you have at hand and focus only on yourself, how you'd like your life to be like, and how you'd like to feel.  Or just try to think about nothing.  That's even better.  (And the best option: throw in the towel and then take time off.)

Once you return back to your life, you will probably see the situation from a different perspective.  Especially if you decided to walk away from it...and throw in the towel.  This disconnects you from the emotional involvement and opens your world up to new possibilities.

So, back to me being the problem:  I was the entire problem.  I was holding onto emotions that only became a part of my reality because I told myself they had to be part of my reality. It didn't help that other people told me that I should be feeling a certain way about my situation which when, coincidentally, I was fine with until people flooded me with their useless opinions.

Disappointment, stress, anger, anxiety and depression come from one thing and one thing only: your reality doesn't match what you think your reality should be.  However, if you believed that your reality matches what you think your reality should be, that means you're happy and content.

My problem was that my reality wasn't matching what I though my reality should be (i.e. my husband should live in the same household as me vs. living in another state) when, at an earlier time, I was completely fine with it.  I allowed a number of people to convince me that my marriage was "wrong" and "abnormal" which shifted my thoughts about it, thus making me unhappy based on my reality not matching my altered view of what I thought my reality should be.

It took me filing for divorce, going through the painful process, and having the divorce finalized for me to understand that I was the problem.

And then I was reminded of the power of letting go.  Once I threw in the towel on everything, I was instantly put "on top" of the situation (without any emotional attachment) and not only have a renewed energy toward everything but I also was flooded with new solutions to me dilemma.

But most powerful of all, blocks that were actually there that I had no control over suddenly melted away.  Things I could not get to work, things I could not get people to agree to, and different solutions I tried putting in place without success suddenly worked like gangbusters! Like magic!!

When you push too hard in any direction, especially to the point of excessive frustration and tears, you will have a hell of a time making anything work and you won't keep your sanity either.  It also means that something is wrong or that the timing is off.

And it means you need to take a step back, relax, and let it go.

When you do, magic will happen in ways that you'll never imagine.  Not only will you have this sense of peace beyond anything you've ever experienced but all the obstacles that were there will suddenly melt away or you'll be shown the true path you were supposed to be on all along.

And that's the secret I wanted to share.

I have my 5-week online Manifestation Mentorship Group starting tomorrow.  This is some of the stuff I'll be helping you with in your own life and I'll be by your side during the entire 5-week process in changing your own personal life INCLUDING WEALTH MANIFESTATION with these powerful strategies that took me a lifetime to learn.

I continue to remain in awe at the changes that are quickly unfolding almost daily; these changes span between economic and spiritual on a worldwide level.  It's both scary and revitalizing.  If you understand what's going on, you can use it as a tool to become wealthy while elevating yourself to a new spiritual level all at once.  Now is the time for you to decide that you want to do something with all of this...or ignore it and live life as "business as usual."  Unfortunately, in a couple of years from now, you'll wake up and realize there's nothing "as usual" about the world at all and...double-unfortunately, you'll have missed out by then.  My job is to bring these changes to you as they come so you can take advantage of them.

So, let's get down to business...shall we?

The economic changes that are being thrown in my direction everyday is happening at such a break-neck speed that it's like being in a 3-D OmniMax Theater wizzing through the colorful universe at 10,000 miles per hour.

The Mayan Indians could have been right about the world ending last year.  I think what really happened was that the world as we knew it ended in December 2012.

And thank God!

I read somewhere years ago (and I don't remember what exactly I read or where) about how the "end of the world" was really an end of a phase.  All ends mean new beginnings.

And that's what I'm excited about.

So what "ended" exactly?

The never-ending phase of shysters, snake oil salesmen, and shifty-eyed cons have lost footing.  Now they're all sliding down a mountain, preparing for their rapid demise.

  • Can you imagine a country with an honest lawyer who really wants to help you and your cause/fight (rather than helping their bank account get bigger)?  Can you imagine an end to frivolous lawsuits like the McDonald's hot pickle debacle where people use big companies as a selfish means of cha-ching for themselves?
  • Can you imagine living in a world where doctors want to see you get healthy, especially using well-intended (and possibly "alternative") medicines in an effort for you to have optimal health rather than pushing Big Pharma drugs that, in the long term, could hurt you?
  • Can you imagine living in a place that matches the picturesque way of what we wanted to pretend we were in the 1950s...yet we really become that wholesome, honorable, respectable, and innocent as we wished we were at that time?

I know it's hard to imagine now, especially with everything happening in the news which seems like a daily horror show.

Yet now...everything is seemingly coming apart at the seams.  You're probably wondering why there's so much disastrous news.

Sometimes you have to pull everything apart, creating a mess, before you can put everything in some kind of perfect order.  I think that's what's happening in the universe right now.

Over the years of mentoring and teaching students, I've found that many of them want to skip over the spiritual aspects of creating wealth and just get to the creating wealth part.  Yet many do not realize that the spiritual aspects are just as important as the action steps needed in the wealth-building process.

It's like baking a cake.

If you have to choose between two cake-baking necessities -- ingredients or the oven -- which would you choose?

Well, let's see...

If you have 100% of the ingredients to bake a cake but no oven, you'll have no cake in the end.

If you have an oven and no cake ingredients, you'll still have no cake.

The success action steps would be like having the cake ingredients with the full instructions on how the "process" of making your cake goes.

The oven is the "unseen" spiritual part of the success process that "heats" things up and actually makes the process work.

Again, as you can see, both are required if you're going to become a multi-millionaire.

Since you know this, why skip the spiritual part?  Do you feel like it's a waste of time?  Does it "trip you up" because you don't quite understand the mechanics of it?

One of the things I've been getting a huge amount of emails about is this basic premise from my students:

"I'm doing all the steps to invest and build a business yet I feel like I'm beating my head against the wall because nothing is happening for me."

And there's a reason for that.

It's not enough to have the knowledge, create the action plan, and do the steps.  It's like having the ingredients but no oven to bake with.

And we both know that, in the end, you won't get your "cake" that way.

With so much going on in the universe, things are changing at a warp speed.  The good news is that, unlike the old days when it took lengthy periods of time to "move" the universe in your direction, now things are happening in mere days and sometimes in mere hours.

But you have to know what you want, you have to know the order in which all the "things" that are needed for your want have to occur, and you have to be focused in a specific process to make that happen.

Last year I did a multi-day email blast series that thousands of you were instantly drawn to and wanted to know more about.

Here we are more than 8 months later and I've been finally able to put all the details down on paper for you.

I want you to watch this mind-blowing video that can tell you exactly how to change your life and get what you want in ways that no one...and I mean no one...has ever told you about before.

CLICK HERE to watch the video right now!

I think you'll start to understand: (1) why things haven't been "working out" in your life as planned lately, and most importantly (2) exactly what you need to be doing to finally catapult yourself into the successful dream-like life that you've always been after.

A few weeks ago I was walking through Home Depot in the gardening section and I saw this fountain that I just had to have.  It fits into all the feng shui "rules" and it was just so lovely that I had to get it.  And what do you know...they had only one left in stock which had my name on it.

I got rid of my other fountain in my prosperity corner at home and I set up this new fountain. Click here if you want to take a look at this exact fountain that Home Depot has that I set up in my prosperity corner at home.

Then I got a new money tree for that corner.  It's very small, like those ones that you see in the front area of the grocery store by the floral department.  Usually they're in a dish-looking thing with permanently glued-in pebbles.

Once I set up the fountain, I did notice an instant change in energy in the mere fact that it made me much happier.  (It's a nice-size fountain so it really makes a presence.)  Then, in the days that followed, our business really started to explode.  I had a whole new slew of money-making opportunities that pretty much dropped into my lap while automatically coming up with a flow of new ideas that I never thought about before.

Many of my students know how much I believe in the power of feng shui and how altering the energy in your house can make some substantial positive changes in your personal and business life virtually instantly.  And many of you know of my story about how -- more than a dozen years ago -- I went bankrupt and had to start over from scratch with nothing...and how my life completely changed from bankrupt and deeply in debt to back to multi-millionaire status...and in about 6 months!

Yes, you heard that correctly.  It took about 6 months.

I started the entire process with this book called Move Your Stuff, Change Your Life by Karen Rauch Carter.  I'll admit that I only focused on the prosperity corner of my house. And all I did was clean out my closet (which was in the prosperity corner, put some purple construction paper in there, and made my own treasure chest (to represent prosperity) out of a small chest from a craft store that I painted purple and added a bunch of fake jewels to.  (I still have that same treasure chest in my prosperity corner.)

Everything changed after that.  I went from bankrupt (as I indicated before) to building a house after claiming my multi-millionaire status...again.  And in about 6 months.

Now, was it just the feng shui that was responsible for the success?

No.  Not entirely.  I did work at my success plan, although not particularly hard.

The feng shui part makes things easy, like greased lightning.  It drops the success in your lap without much effort, gives you more ideas about attaining wealth, and makes everything super easy to do.

You tell me, which would you rather experience?

Walking through mud tied to a two-ton log, gaining almost no distance in life until you pass out or just give up?

Or having someone give you cloud-like "magical" pair of flying running shoes where all you have to do is stand up and start leaning forward then you'll start flying through life with barely any effort on your part, getting everything you ever wanted without a hitch?  (Yes, you did have to "stand up" and "lean forward" which implies some effort from you.)

So, when I mentioned my change of energy, I forgot to include the other things I did to make this happen (which was setting up the fountain and including a new money tree in my prosperity corner).

Think this is all New Age-ey clap-trap?  Fine.  Then stay broke.

The only reason I implemented any of these feng shui strategies was because I was in a situation of desperation and, maybe like you, I didn't believe in any of it until I saw first hand the power of changing your environment which changes the energy which ultimately changes everything!

Now, let's get to the part that I was talking about where you have to stand up and start leaning forward...

If you want to have ANY kind of success and wealth in your life, there's ONE critical thing you must do FIRST!

And if you're wondering what the hell that one thing is, I suggest you click here to get the gist of it.

This is the part where you can choose to stand up and start to lean forward...and finally get the things in your life you've always wanted WITHOUT constantly sabotaging yourself.  CLICK HERE to watch a powerful video that I shot just for you!

The Most Disturbing Video I've Ever Seen in My Life!

Meet Rudie!

This is my newest cat.  He's a rescue kitty and I absolutely love this little guy.

I was looking at Rudie recently and had this incredible epiphany rush over me.  I manifested this cat over seeing the most traumatizing video in my life...on Facebook of all places.

And while I'd rather not describe the contents of this violent and horrid video, I'll give you the subject matter in a nutshell: a woman was smashing a kitten with her bare foot...to death!

Yes, I saw this on Facebook.

And I have never been so traumatized in my life by a video before.  I immediately reported it to Facebook.  It was taken down in mere minutes by the Facebook staff.  But the image was something I could never un-see.  The very moment I saw the video begin to play in my Facebook feed, I couldn't shut it off fast enough.  Tears streamed down my face and I was so distraught.  I could not understand how anyone could do something like this to an innocent little creature like a 6-week old kitten.

And for weeks thereafter, I couldn't stop thinking about this little baby kitten and the severe pain he must've felt by this piece of sh** woman stepping on him, breaking his back, and dragging him around the floor.  I just couldn't believe anyone could be so cruel.

When my daughter saw me watching the video -- and how horrified I looked as I watched it in total shock -- she quickly came over to see what I was watching and I shut my computer.  I didn't want her to see it.  I knew that she would be just as devastated.  I merely described the video to her among my tears and sobs.

And then I told her this:  "If I was in the same room as that piece of crap woman, I would have beat her down so hard, it would have been very likely that I would have killed her."  That's how upset I was at her killing this poor little kitten with her bare feet.

Time went by.  And while I didn't fully forget about the horrifying video, the pain dulled and I felt less and less depressed about it as the weeks droned on.  Every now and again I'd think about that little cat and was still horrified that people were out there doing this kind of thing to animals...and what true soul-less evil pieces of sh** they all were...and are.

This was late spring 2020.

Fast forward to August.  I had to put my 17 1/2 year old cat Scooby down.  She couldn't walk anymore and it was time to let her go.

In late October, I saw this little kitty's face posted on a neighborhood app.  I inquired with the lady, asking if he was still available for adoption.  Apparently I was the only one to inquire about him.  I was able to adopt him a week later.  His name is Rudie, named by his foster mom for being the only cat in the litter that looked like him.  So, a tribute to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, I guess.  I kept the name since he was an older kitten and was used to the name already.

When I met Rudie for the first time, I was shocked at what his brothers and sisters looked like.  Rudie was from a litter of 6 cats.  Every one of his brothers and sisters were fluffy and white.  Rude, as you can see from the picture at the top, is not anything close to that.

I saw a picture of their mom.  Their mom looked like the other kittens...fluffy and white.

Where did Rudie come from?  He was the only one that looked like that!

Then I thought of it.

Rudie looks identical to the cat I saw in that Facebook video...the one that got smashed by that piece of sh** woman's foot.

He looked identical to that cat.

This is when I realized something incredible.

I think -- through the sheer power of my intense emotion about this kitten in the Facebook video -- I ended up creating a cat just like it through the feeling of emotion that's required if you want to get what you want in life.

How else is it possible that Rudie is the only cat that looks like that out of a litter and a mom that are all fluffy, long-haired and white?  And he looks just like the cat from the video.  They could have been mirror twins!

Now, you're probably thinking I'm completely off my rocker.  Maybe I am.  (Anything is possible.)  But I do understand the power of feeling when it comes to manifesting the things you want in life.  I just didn't really know that if you have a negative experience that drives intense emotion, that also can manifest what you want too...maybe even faster.

That brings me to what I want to talk to you about right now.

What if you're having an intensely negative feeling about financial struggle or worry about your financial future due to the pandemic and everything that's been going on economically these days?

Is that enough to get you into a profitable opportunity of some kind?

Well, not exactly.  But it can be the start of it!  It will take actually doing something...putting some kind of action in motion...to get the positive result (i.e. "making money") that you're looking for.

For those of you who are looking for the perfect opportunity -- something you can set up quickly, easily, and affordably -- CLICK HERE to check this out.  This is life-changing stuff.  And this is likely the opportunity you've been wanting, thinking about, and wishing for...probably for quite some time now.

I always tell my students that there are your "first-to-go" indicators to look for and at when seeing the economy begin to unravel at the seams.  But with this never-ending pandemic, it seems that a lot is left to the imagination to figure out.

I'm pretty sure I have a lot of it figured out as far as what we'll be able to expect in the months to come.

To be clear, people with money will continue to thrive.  The rich WILL get richer.

But the poor?  Well, that's a whole different story!

Here's what's happening when it comes to who I call the "Larry Lunchpails" of the country.

1)  Those who are out of work are continuing to get benefits for sitting on their asses doing nothing.

2)  Evidently many of them foolishly think this stimulus money bandwagon will last forever.

3)  Companies are trying to hire people; hardly anyone is applying for jobs at the moment because they'd rather just do nothing while getting unemployment money in the mail.

Here are the upcoming problems with this group of the bottom 50% of the population:

1)  The stimulus money and unemployment checks WILL end.  There will be a hard ending date.  Once the end happens, the bottom 50% will wake up from their stupor and finally meander out there for a job.  But...when companies go from getting ZERO in applications to THOUSANDS overnight, the likelihood that these people will be able to secure a job will be fairly low.

2)  The foreclosure and eviction moratorium will also have a hard end date.  The very SECOND this ends, banks/lenders and landlords WILL flood into the court system to file their long overdue foreclosure and eviction paperwork.  Yes, the courts WILL be burdened but that is BAD NEWS for people getting kicked out of their homes because the courts will just stamp GRANTED on all of these court docs as fast as they come in with their big red rubber stamp.

3)  Welcome to the "Covid Crash."  This will likely be as bad if not worse than the crash in 2008 and beyond.

Just because everything is "frozen" in mid-air right now doesn't mean it's not all going to come crashing down.  It will.  It's just a matter of WHEN!

If you're not lazy and foolish, you have only a SHORT WINDOW to make some heavy life-long decisions relating to your future financial stability.  Reality is, the middle class is diminishing to nothing and this next crash will likely be the last "heave-ho" to oust it altogether, leaving a top 15% and a lower 85% of the population with NO MORE MIDDLE CLASS.

Yes, there will be a "lower" class which, the way I see it right now, will encompass AT LEAST 85% of the population.  (It may be slightly more but I'm being conservative with my figures here.)  Part of that figure is the barely-hanging-on remaining bit of middle class which, I am guessing, has to be around 15% of the population.  Maybe.

Why am I telling you all this?

Because this next recession will pretty much ELIMINATE the rest of the middle class as we see it.  And for those who are part of the middle class right now, you'll be pushed down into the lower-class category without you even realizing or knowing that it's happening. (The upper classes will know that the middle class is now LOWER class...but will the middle class know they're in the lower class? Probably not since many live in an alternative delusional reality of how things are in the economy as is let alone knowing WHERE they are in the mix of things.)

Recently I decided to do a RARE training on becoming a Direct Mail Millionaire WITH some online elements added to it.  (So, it's NOT exclusively just direct mail stuff.  You kind of have to do "everything" now with marketing to do well in business.)  This event will take place in May.  CLICK HERE for details.

But I have another important training happening BEFORE that one.  This training starts ON MONDAY.  CLICK HERE to check it out now!

One of the BIGGEST THINGS I'll be laboring on in this training is how you will target the highest profit demographics with the hottest selling product.

In fact...

Starting Monday, I'll show you how to set up a fast and easy money funnel website (or two) so you can hit the ground running with your own ready-to-go online business.

Then on March 25th and 26th, I'll be doing a livestreaming event from Key West for the Money Funnel Traffic Bootcamp Seminar Strategies where you'll be able to discover the most cost-effective and profitable traffic strategies to get DROVES of buyers to your websites that we set up together on March 15th and 16th.

Make sense?

If not, CLICK HERE and I'll explain it all to you in a quick video.

Reality is, if you don't get your ass into gear with a new business or other money-making opportunity, you will likely find yourself up a creek without a paddle come late summer / early fall.  (This is when I predict that things will really start to fall apart for the lower 85%.)

Don't you think it's better to get everything together and start making money with your new online business LONG BEFORE that time?

I think so!

See you at the top!

I'm a Gen Xer, sandwiched nicely between the Baby Boomers and the Millennials.  We're the under-rated generation, born between the mid-1960s and the early 1980s.  A lot of us got our work ethic from our Baby Boomer parents while being able to easily adapt to the introduction and constant tweaking of technology.  We're also able to adapt to the swift changes in the economy, implementing "old school" and "new school" together to make something "awesome-school."  (I know, that's pretty lame sounding.)

So, what's the point of all this?

Many Baby Boomers are retiring or already retired.  They hold the vast majority of the wealth in this country and have the most disposable income.

But soon they'll be dying off.  In fact, the older portion of this generation already are.  It will be within the next decade or two before the vast majority are gone from this earth.

Then we have Generation X which is my generation.  There aren't nearly as many of us as there are the Baby Boomer generation.  Yes, we will inherit a lot of the Baby Boomer's wealth as they pass away and we generate our own impressive incomes in many cases.  So, we'll be replacing the Baby Boomers BUT NOT IN SUCH LARGE NUMBERS.  Imagine cutting the Baby Boomer population down to 25% (or less) and that's what you have with the amount of populous falling in the Generation X generation.

Not an impressive number AT ALL.

So, yes, per person the spending power will still be there just like with the Baby Boomers except that there aren't nearly as many of us to sell stuff to.

Then...

Drop down to the "lost in space" Millennial generation who have eyeballs glued to their iPhones and iPads all day, making actually "working" in any job environment a full blown joke, demanding things like "Peace Pods" so that they can zip themselves away from their work space to take frequent breaks from the "stresses" of answering the telephone and emails (even if they need a break every 20 minutes), and requiring "specialty" workforce "trainers" to help the normal folk (like us) figure out how the hell to deal with these people (the Millennials) INCLUDING having to hire "pep" consultants to keep these little shits motivated and happy all day.

I'll tell you how things are going to play out because it's already leaning HEAVILY in this direction:

1)  Any company that manufactures ANYTHING will end up going overseas because (a) they won't have a large enough work force who actually wants to work or produce, (b) it's just TOO EXPENSIVE to make anything in the USA with increased wages, insurance requirements, regulations, etc., and (c) it's much cheaper and business-friendly in many countries outside of the USA.

2)  Once the Baby Boomers all retire, our competent workforce will diminish down to us Gen Xers which, as I just explained, do NOT have the population size to replace that of the Baby Boomer generation, slicing the competent workforce down to about 25% or less.  Yes, yes...I KNOW.  Almost everyone knows that "one guy" or that "one chick" who is a Millennial who is a hard worker.  So what?  ONE or TWO isn't going to account for the necessity of needing MILLIONS of these people to get off their lazy asses and get things done without Peace Pods, pep talks by a "motivator" daily at their desks, or having to [GASP] stop looking at their iPhones for more than 10 minutes while trying to -- I don't know -- get some work done, perhaps?  And you'd be hard pressed to name 5 Millennials off the top of your head that ARE hard-workers.  (Even five aren't enough to make the world go around.)

3)  Millennials aren't going to be able to qualify for the types of incomes needed to live in areas like Los Angeles, New York, or other high-priced areas.  Many will move to smaller towns in places like Northern California, Oregon, etc.  OR...they'll be living with their enabling Gen Xer parents forever because living out on their own will simply not be affordable anytime in their near future.

Tech jobs will always need Millennials.  Yes.  Millennials find these types of jobs easy, which is good.  BUT...not all jobs are as easy as lounging around in a Peace Pod between making a few clicks of the computer mouse all day.

There STILL is a requirement for LABOR jobs, SALES jobs, and SERVICE jobs...many of which are completely UNDESIRABLE to the Millennials.

I remember reading an article about a company called Caterpillar based in Illinois who manufacturers construction machinery.  Their biggest problem?  Getting new sales reps.  They stated that the average sales rep does somewhere in the low six-figures each year but they CANNOT get the Millennials to take these jobs.

Same problem with skilled workers like many of the construction trades.  Can't get Millennials to want to pick up a hammer or turn a bolt.

Same problem with the car repair industry.

And on and on and on we go with this.

Those Millennials who ARE skilled in labor trades will make A LOT of money, especially those who have skills in both a labor trade AND technology (especially software).  After all, somebody is going to have to service all of those robots flipping burgers at all the fast food chains when all the fast food owners decide that they're not paying people $15 an hour plus insurance plus sick days plus this and that for FLIPPING BURGERS.

So, if you DO have a Millennial in your midst, have him or her TAKE ON A SKILLED TRADE, ideally with knowledge of BOTH skilled labor and technology combined.  Because, if you think about it, we'll always need people to build houses, fix airplanes, maintain computers, build and service windmills and other green power and, of course, treat people in the area of medicine (nurses, doctors, pharmacy techs, etc.).  A skilled trade -- ideally with technology or software knowledge -- OR a career in medicine somewhere is the FUTURE for Millennials who want to get paid BIG BUCKS in a career.  So the Millennial generation is all about LABOR and TECHNOLOGY.

If your Millennial isn't doing any of the above, just expect to support him or her to live in your basement sponging money off of you until you are given the gift of an escape (death) because that's just the way it'll be (if it's not that way for you already).

Then there's Generation Z (those born 2005 and after).  This is my daughter's generation.  I'm REALLY hoping that these kids pull it together because the Millennials are so freaking lost that it isn't funny.  With my daughter, she already wants to be a teacher.  Even though it doesn't pay a lot, I'm pretty confident that teachers will still be around in the next several decades.  I do tell her to tell her friends to get involved in medicine and science, mainly to help us save our planet.  Because curing cancer (and other diseases), bio technology (yes, blending BIOLOGY with TECHNOLOGY) and saving the planet is where the money will be in HER generation.  So her generation will be about SCIENCE as well as LABOR (of course...when is it not about labor?)

If you're concerned about yourself and how you'll survive our upcoming recession (hitting most areas of the country in 2021) AND trying to get your Millennial on track with a much more solid future that CAN give him/her/them a cash flow for decades to come WITHOUT having to worry about a job, technology...or even being lazy:  CLICK HERE!  I have a solution for you, your kids and your grandkids to get you the income you want without having to figure anything else out.

My Forecast for 2021...This May Surprise You!

You can probably tell by the picture that I don't have high hopes for this year's economic forecast.

I think I mentioned it before but I predict that 2021 will be the year of the bankruptcy.  Not only have a ton of CEOs from various well-known Fortune 500 companies have resigned from their positions but most are posting staggering losses due to being closed or partially closed during 2020.

Recently I took my daughter to the mall and noticed that quite a few stores closed down.  The Gap and Banana Republic were emptying their stores out as we walked through.  It was kind of depressing seeing so many empty stores and I couldn't help but to think about what was happening throughout the U.S.

This is just the tip of the iceberg on what we have to expect as the year rolls on.

First of all, for those of you who don't have a clue as to how real estate works, let me give you a crash course on what happens when you cannot pay your rent or mortgage (due to an economic crunch like what we're experiencing now).

If you're at the bottom -- paying rent to a landlord -- and you're suddenly not paying rent, the landlord may or may not be able to maintain their mortgage payments depending on how many of their other tenants are (or aren't) paying.

Not all landlords are fat cat multi-billionaires; most are just mom-and-pop landlords who don't have the financial stability to make up for lost rent payments by continuing to pay a mortgage with no money in the bank.  And, unfortunately, some of these property owners paid top dollar at market peaks, putting them squarely underwater on their properties.

While there is still an eviction and foreclosure moratorium in place, how long do you think that's going to last?  Forever?  If that's what you're thinking, think again.  That's just not how the real world works.

Some people actually think a mortgage works like a car payment where, if you miss a few payments, the lender can simply throw those payments onto the back of the loan.  I laugh when I hear that because that is not how mortgages work.  Missing payments cannot simply be thrown onto the back of a loan.

So...once the foreclosure/eviction moratorium ends, this is what will happen:

1)  All property owners will have no choice but to quickly evict all dead-beat tenants as soon as humanly possible in a grand last-ditch effort to save their properties.

2)  These property owners who are behind on mortgage payments will either have to (a) refinance to get a new loan for their property (probably at a higher interest rate), or (b) the bank will foreclose.

What does this mean in the scheme of things?

It means that we're in for a replay of 2008.  Remember 2008?  If not, look it up.  It wasn't pretty.

The good news is that if you have cash for foreclosure deals, you'll be able to pick up smaller investment properties (the ones the multi-millionaires and billionaires don't want) for pennies on the dollar.

The bad news is that you'll need cash to pull this off.  You won't be able to get instant funding to pull off these property purchases.

And I have a way for you get make that cash.

CLICK HERE to watch a short 5-minute video on how you can gain massive financial traction by raising money with a simple easy-to-do home-based business that can get you all the cash you want so...

...when that foreclosure windfall hits, you'll be able to pull out that wad of cash from your pocket and buy any of these income properties for a song because you'll have the money to do it while everybody else is dead broke.
